Placing an order
Most clients prefer to discuss their order through electronic means. However, if desired, we can meet and discuss your vision for your special event. Please browse the website and call or text Alina for an appointment at 602-810-7190.
To reserve your wedding or special event date on my calendar, a non-refundable deposit in the amount of 1/3 of your full invoice has to be made. The rest is due one month before your wedding/special event date.
We put a lot of time and effort into getting to know you and your vision for your special day and into putting a quote together for you. We also save time on our calendar for you which means that we are turning other clients away on that specific date. Most people book our services 6-12 months in advance which means that we would lose business on that date if a cancellation occurs. It is for these reasons that we do not allow cancellations. We also know that life does happen, so if you must cancel due to death or grave illness you will be forfeiting your non-refundable deposit. Refunds will not be provided.
Delivery, Setup, Teardown & Retrieval
At Woven, we are dedicated to making your special day as stress free as possible. To make this happen, we will deliver your florals and set up your items on the day of the event. We will have everything set up at least 30 minutes before the event start time. If you have rented items from us, we will come back on the evening of the event and retrieve our items.
What if a rented item gets broken, stolen or damaged?
If an item is broken, damaged or stolen you are liable for the full price of that specific item.
